are your ingredients organic, gluten free, "traces of nut free", kosher?

our ingredients contains food as nature intended it: unprocessed and without synthetic
or artificial ingredients. while the majority of our ingredients are organic, some
just aren't offered as such. we encourage you take a look at
the mixing section of our website- and click on the leaves above each ingredient.
an information box will appear that lists whether or not the ingredient is organic
or gluten free. while we do use separate mixing practices for each mix, all ingredients
are stored in the same manufacturing warehouse where traces of gluten and nuts may
be found.
unfortunately, we have yet to receive Kosher Certification at this time but are
definitely looking into it. we can, however, state that our ingredients come from
natural growers that use zero animal byproducts as ingredients. we will keep you
updated on our Kosher Certification.

what is the "shelf life" of my cereal?

in a cool, dry spot, an unopened Cereal Capsule stays fresh for about 3 months,
but we doubt you'll be able to keep your hands off it that long!

why don't you have acai berries?

we know, we know: acai is the new pomegranate. unfortunately, the nature of the
berries are not conducive to drying. you only tend to see them in liquid form because
they have to be pressed immediately after harvesting to preserve the taste and nutrition.
however, if someone discovers some dried acai berries, let us know!

yes, and we hope you do...nothing says i love you more than a cereal capsule filled
with one's favorite ingredients. and nothing says i hate you more than a mix full
of peanuts and cashews to someone with nut allergies. simply create the mix and
enter the shipping address of your recipient. we recommend keeping your intentions
to yourself...

can't win them all...but you can try again! if you are unsatisfied with your cereal
for any reason send it back to us with a brief note describing why you did not like
it so we can improve, and we will send you a new mix completely free of charge.

what if i want to reorder the same mix?

liked it that much eh? you can reorder your same mix by clicking the "reorder a
mix" button on the bottom of the homepage. just enter the recipe ID (not the order
number) which can be found either on your Cereal Capsule or in your Order Confirmation
E-mail. if you liked your past mix but want to tweak something in it, just click
"modify mix" and you're on your way to cereal perfection.

mix, all the way to creating your own special Cereal Capsule. we can also offer

how long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

from the time you place your order, it typically takes less than a week for your
cereal to arrive. we are currently offering a special on shipping. shipping is a
flat rate of $4.99 for the first Cereal Capsule, and only $.99 for each additional
Cereal Capsule, so order in bulk to save! for Canadian orders, we use USPS First
Class Mail rates.

in this case, shoot the messenger (not literally). our policy is to process orders
and have them out the door within 2 days. depending on where the Cereal Capsule
is headed will determine how long it takes to reach your home. if we are ever running
behind, we will contact you directly to inform you of the lag time and expected
arrival date. please forgive us, we are only three men.

delivering your cereal.

sometimes i can't remember where i put my wallet. unlike my wallet, your username/password
can be easily retrieved. simply click on 'forgot username/forgot password' and then
enter your email address. your username and a new password will be mailed to your
inbox. don't know your email account access information? add blackberries and strawberries
to your next mix, as they help prevent memory loss.

how secure is your website?

simply put, it would take significantly longer than the age of the universe to unscramble
your personal information. we use a 128-bit secret key to scramble your data. a
network of supercomputers would take about 6 thousand, trillion years to crack.
before the hacker could even get started, you would have completed your transaction,
enjoyed your cereal and placed plenty more orders.
